Death record

The above link is listed in 1894 Death records. I can pick out a few words, enough to know that this is my ancestor. What I don't understand is why she's(Felicia Napolitano) listed in the death index/records
for 1894 when she died in 1888. Yes she married Matteo Ciocca in 1857, he died in 1878 and she remarried Ricciotelli. Then she died on 7/14/1888. She and Matteo Ciocca had 7 children together. What is this document if anyone knows. Thanks Donnars11

The record is the transcription of an order of the tribunal to amend Felicia's death record (#124 of July 14 1888) where she was recorded to be the widow of Matteo Ricciardelli , while she had to be recorded as the widow of Matteo Ciocca.

What is strange to me is that the death record (http://www.antenati.san.beniculturali.i ... ewsIndex=0) does not have the annotation requested by the tribunal. And in that record she appears to be the widow of Matteo Rxxiletti"

I remember when I recorded her death record I think I assumed that she'd married Riccardelli and he'd died too. So she died after 2 husbands and somehow I didn't pick up the 2nd marriage. But it's all good then. Nothing I need to change. Thanks.
