I found the attached pages of an Act amongst the 1855 Diversi. I'm not seen one like this before. Can someone please skim read the pages and give me a little summary of anything important. Thank you.

Yes, I know. I'm having issues here. A note popped up saying "Error - HTTP Error. What does that mean?

These are the 3 files:

http://i990.photobucket.com/albums/af30 ... hkm4ow.jpg
The first 2 files are a court order to modify Vincenzo di Milita's birth entry in the Ufficio di Stato Civil registers: Vincenzo was born around the end (sic!) of October 1832 and he was the son of Domenico di Milita and Agnese Carlucci.
The third document has the same info...

Thank you for your help Livio. What does (sic?) mean? Does it say anything about him being a priest?

(sic?) means that the the wording before it are correct although weird. It is Latin.
I did not see anything about him being a priest.

Great, thank you. Yes it is quite odd. It will be interesting to find his birth record as I work my way back on the films to see how his actual birth record is recorded.
Thank you again Livio.
