Most of the manifests from 1892 to 1907 are only ONE page manifests...

Only the last few months of the 1907 to about 1920 are 2 pagers.

Thanks Maria, What about census for 1910? she was married in 1903. I'm thinking she is 3 years younger on the 1920 census because ... she wanted to be 34 and not 36-37 ??? The 1910 census may confirm that this is the same person. Manifest to 1920 census.

Michael,
1910 Census' are proving difficult to find...
But, more family records may provide clues.
Do these additional records look like they may be the same family?

Hi Michael,

I did a town search for MOSCAR, Hungary @ http://www.jewishgen.org/ShtetlSeeker/LocTown.asp and it came up with three possibles...

1. Mecsér, Mecsértelep 47°19' 18°09' E M U Hungary 45.4 miles WSW of Budapest
2. Mecsér 47°48' 17°29' E M U Hungary 77.2 miles WNW of Budapest
3. Neszůr, Neszůri-szőlő 47°28' 19°51' E M U Hungary 35.8 miles E of Budapest

Using the middle one MESCER, I've found that the LDS Church has filmed the church records for this town (1745-1895) and thought you may want to try it for Elizabeth's birth record.

http://www.familysearch.org/Eng/Library ... umns=*,0,0

and also the civil records (1895-1911)....

Locate your nearest LDS-Family History Center.

http://www.familysearch.org/Eng/Library ... et_fhc.asp

A guide on obtainig these films.

And, a link to a Hungarian genealogical word list.

Hope this helps.....if not, come back & we'll try again :!: :)

Grandparents lived on Spring Street Glen Lyon and a passport showed a Staskiel leaving from Prussia. Great Grandparent's name Adolf and Johanna. I think name MAY have been stasHkiel before it was staskiel.

The two entries from the 1930 cencus are correct. Not yet sure about the 1910 one.

As always...... Thanks a bunch!!!!!

Also... if you can and have lots of time,,,, none of the links are active from the original posts.

Ok, forum on 8/13/2006 (hope your memory is good) you stated on pg 2 of the manifest, there is info on the motherinlaw. Indeed Mihqalyne Vasil is the correct family were researching. Her husband Michael was killed in 1904. I can't find pg 2. What is the mother in laws name? You've been a big help!!!

I am searching for any information concerning the Vasilj or Dankulic family. Elizabeth and Joannem are my grandparents. Michael is my father.
