I am a novice at the translation, only having started in June. However, I can give you what I can pick up in this record. Please someone else correct me if I'm wrong and also add to it. This is the key info I pick up, but the translation is not necessarily in the order it's written.

It looks like the record was recorded on the 25th of August 1871. Marciacco (sp?) Famiglietti, age 34, son of Angelo Michel, farmer (agricultore?) is declaring the birth of daughter Maria Rosario who was born on the 24th of August. The child's mother is his wife, Giuseppantonia Ciriello, daughter of deceased Francesco. The two witnesses are 26 year old Luigi Ciriello, son of deceased Nicola and 54 year old ?_Vito Ciriello, son of deceased Angelo.
