Requesting birth records, Lorsica and Genoa (city)

Hello,

I would like to send an email request for a birth record of an ancestor, Giulia (Celeste) DeMartini. Ancestry records state she was born on 11 August 1897 in Genoa, Genova, Liguria. Her whole family on both sides comes from Lorsica, Genoa, and at least her oldest sibling (Maria) was born there, it seems though (through ancestry's American records) all subsequent siblings were born in Genoa (city).

The birth records of 1897 of Lorsica are missing in both familysearch and ancestry, I looked through the 1896 and 1898 records, but 1897 is really missing. The records of Genoa, Genova are very sketchy, nothing even near 1897.

Could someone help me write to the correct address please?..
