You will find it loooking through notarial acts. The problem will be how to find the notary who made the act. There is no solution for that problem otherwise than patience and time.
If you won't find it there, the sale wil problably be in the acts of the "Ufficio del Registro" ,
The notaries of Serra San Bruno and surroundings are to be found in the "Archivio di Stato" of Vibo Valentia
