Common Italian surnames in Colorado?

Im trying to narrow down some family lines in the Colorado Springs/Pueblo area, specifically during the year 1968. Can anyone possibly give me some ideas? Thanks in advance!

Your best bet would be a copy of phone books during that time or city directories.

Ancestry has a 1968 directory for Pueblo but not for Colorado Springs. Closest year for Colorado Springs is 1963.

Thank you Bidd83, I will give that a try. adelfio, I would like to, but the truth is, Im not quite sure WHAT my history is. I was born in Colorado Springs and placed for adoption. I did a DNA test and it is coming back that I have Italian ancestry, specifically from the Agrigento region of Sicily. I have been in touch with some distant cousins in California, but I am trying to nail down close relatives that were from Colorado Springs/Pueblo region. I am not sure if they are on my birthmothers or birthfathers side. I have my original birth certificate and my birthmother's name is on it (in doing geneaology research there appears to be no Italian blood on her side of the family).....but my birthfathers name is missing from the birth certificate so I have absolutely no idea who he was, and I suspect he was Italian, or had Italian background.
I suspect that I was a shameful secret, so I don't know how open anyone will be about giving me information directly.

Hi, I'm researching italian familes from pueblo. There seems to have been many families in that area. Spinnuza/spinuzzi is very common and fairly wide spread.4 brothers from Palermo, Sicilia, italy all came to pueblo and still live there.
