Family Death Records

A friend mentioned that she was able to obtain a printout of "Family Death Records" which listed the Surname, father & mother, grandfather & grandmother, Place of birth, date of birth, marriage, date of death & comments.

All of this was on a 'ledger type' sheet & all were of the same surname GEORGIO/GIORGIS.

She doesn't remember where or how she found this information as it was over 10 years ago.

In Salandra, Matera, Basilicata names are -
Anna Maria PANELLA b November 1841 born in Armento married Giovanni LEONE
Giuseppe LEONE born 22 Aug 1810 in Santeramo in colle married Margarita Mangieri
Giovanni LEONE b cir 1760-1770 in Santeramo in colle married Maria Santo

I think the records I referred to in my 1st post may be called Family Record Sheets.
