I am seeking help translating two records from Alvignano (CE):

The first of which is a 1890 death record for Pasquale Rossi #64.
In the margin beneath "numero sessanta-quattro," it is written "Pasquale Rossi fu Pasquale dico fu Raffaele"
I believe this roughly translates to "Pasquale Rossi, son of the deceased Pasquale who was called Raffaele."
Can someone verify this translation for me?

Second, I am seeking help with an 1898 birth record for Tommaso Cestari #23. It appears there is a given name before Tommaso which looks like "Tami." Am I reading this correctly?

"Pasquale Rossi fu Pasquale dico fu Raffaele" means "Pasquale Rossi son of deceased Raffaele" (fu Pasquale is a mistake corrected by "dico fu Raffaele", "I say son of deceased Raffaele". Yes, it is a correction and you must read the sentence as "vedova di Conte Pietro".

To mean that Alessandro went by the name Pietro, it should be written "Alessandro detto Pietro"
