She was the daughter of the late Corrado and the late Giuseppa Montanelli, who had both lived in Altopascio when living. Maria Marchetti was nubile (unmarried).

Thank you, Livio. I was reading 1928, but I thought that otto had been crossed out, and there seemed to be a correction in brackets? but I couldn't read what it was.

It is good that glomms has also verified the year 1928.

Livio, thank you so much. I can see now the Roman Numerals for 6. I've never noticed this before in post 1922 records, not that I've seen too many anyway - only death records. This is very interesting. I'll have another look through my own post 1922 death records to see whether this was also the case.
