My grandmother, Mariantonia Fariello was born on 7 February 1903 in Carpinone, Isernia, Molise, Italy (birth location found on her American death record). Neither the Mormon, nor the Italian digitalized site, seem to have any civil records for the Province of Isernia. Any suggestions?
