Pace-Ferrero marriage record translation help needed

Hello.

Can someone please help me with the translation of a marriage record between Gaetano Pace and Adelina Ferreri. I believe she is the sister of my great grandmother.

The marriage took place in the house of Mr. Ferrera, via San Simone, vico Santa Rosa, on Oct 9th, 1909 at 7pm. It was not possible to celebrate it in the Town Hall, as the bride showed a certificate by doctor Scriffignani (?) stating it was not possible for her to go there (as she was ill). So the Mayor, Filippo Majorana, and the clerk Luigi Polizzi went to her house.
The groom was Gaetano Pace, 25 years old, never married, blacksmith, born and living in Agira, son of Michele Filippo, blacksmith, and Teresa Portuesi, housewife.
The bride was Adelina Ferrera, 21 years old, never married, born and living in Agira, daughter of Giuseppe, sulfur miner, and Vincenza La Via (?), housewife.
Witnesses were Gesualdo Troina, 48 yo, property-owner; Paolo D'Amico, 35 yo, mechanic; Filippo Vicari, 27 yo, blacksmith; Michele Mi????, 28 yo, shoemaker.
