Vito Nicola Pinto, son of Giuseppe, 76 years old and Rosa Marangiello daughter of Luigi, farmers, born and raised in Rapone ... declared in front of the city clerk that during their marriage, a daughter was born at six o'clock on the morning of 21 Nov 1846 in their house on Strada Santa Sofia and she was baptized the same day and named Maria Michela. The declaration was witnessed by Giuseppe Tozza son of Saverio 60 years old and Michelangelo Capriello son of Giancarlo 56 years old farmers born and raised in Rapone.

Not sure why the declaration was made. Hope this helps.

Wait--wasnt this record from 1871?? I am totally confused.
I do have a record of a brother being born in 1850 but why did this record show up in the 1871 records?

The record was from 1871. For some reason, that maybe I can't translate, they made this declaration about the birth in 1846. Obviously they were pretty old at the time.
