Birth record for Angelo Maria Ciampa #2

So, I found the birth record for the Second Angelo Maria Ciampa born to Francesco Ciampa and Teresa Pinto.

First, I found a death record for Angelo Maria, so looked for the birth. Found the birth record with attached marriage record (how is that possible if he is deceased at 1 yr. old) so looked closer, the allegati records showed he was 22 in 1894 so I checked for another birth record for Angelo Maria #2 and found it. Guess what--with the same attached marriage record.

So, any help in translating would be greatly appreciated. I sent the link with the marriage record, so birth record is behind it--record #44

ps--I dont need the marriage record translated as long as it is the same as what was in Angelo #1's record.

2 Sep 1871 Francesco Pinto son of Pietro, 54 years old, miller, living in Rapone appeared before the city clerk and presented a baby of male sex who he declared was born at 7 of the same day born to his wife, Teresa Pinto, daughter of Angelo at their house on Strada santa Maria and gave the name Angelo Maria.
Witnesses were Giuseppe Angelillo son of the late Nicola 50 years old and Pietro Pinto son of Nicola 54 years old.

The name is Pinto not Ciampa.
