At 9AM on 17 June 1882 in the town hall of Frigento before Giovanni Testa representative of the mayor appeared:
Carmine D'Avino, we, a farmer, born and living in Frigento, son of the deceased Antonio and the living Catterina Stano/Stamo/Stanco?
and
Giuseppantonia Giovanniello, 21, a farmer, born and living in Frigento, daughter of the deceased Marciano and the living Rosa Pepino
