Help with translation: Birth 1867 Side Bar

Post by ItalianbellaSA »

Hi Everyone:

I am having trouble translating the side bar of this birth record for a Maddalena Visaggio.

From the record I have been able to translate that Maddalena Visaggio was born to Maria Luigia Pappagallo daughter of the late Gennaro, wife of Nicolo Visaggio, son of Stefano, age 48 on March 8, 1967.

I don't understand the side bar and looked for a marriage record November 1885 for Maddalena. But then I thought that maybe this is a name correction from Pappagallo TO Paparella!

Please help! Thank you in advance for your time.

It is hoped that the research I am doing helps to discover, preserve and celebrate my family history.
