Maria Emanuela Tuzio, age 66, property owner, daughter of deceased Giambattisto, possidente (landowner) and deceased Maria Rosa Grandinetti, and the widow of Pasquale Allegretti, died on 22 (giorno suddetto – day mentioned above) November 1864 at 5 am.

Possidente and Proprietario were both landowners. My understanding is that the Possidente generally owned more than a proprietario.
