Marriage Publication: Achille Bongiorno and Diega Bucolo
San Filippo del Mela: 10 June 1897, 11.30 am

Groom: Achille Bongiorno, 26, contadino (peasant farmer), residing this town, son of unknown father and unknown mother. (Looking at his birth record, he was a foundling.)

Bride: Diega Bucolo, 28, contadina, living this town, daughter of Pietro (Bucolo), contadino, residing this town, and of Rosa Marzio, contadina, living in this town.

The groom was born in Messina and the bride was born in San Filippo del Mela.

Witnesses:
Atanasio Toti, 88 and Giuseppe Rotella, 53, both clerks (impiegati)

Left side: Banns posted 13 June 1897, 20 June 1897, 24 June 1897

Maybe bump the Birth Record and hopefully someone will see it and translate it. I'm finding that it goes out of focus when I zoom in on it so am struggling to decipher the words. Someone else might be able to see it clearer.
