Francesca Cancellieri parents

According to the marriage certificate, her parents' names are Giuseppe C. and Giuseppa Cangemi. However, according to a birth act from 1821 (which def. matches the year she should have been born) I found Giuseppe C. and Giuseppa Lombardo. Now the birth act has a third column, which I haven't seen on other documents. Normally there's one for the birth and then one for the baptism.

Can someone help me with what's in this third column? I'm trying to figure out if this is indeed the correct birth act. I can see it's mentioning something about Lombardo. Here are the links:

I have her parents as Giuseppe Cancelliere (son of Francesco X Francesca Gagliano?) and Giuseppa Cangemi (daughter of Nicolo? and Maria Lombardo). Were they married on 7 Dec 1819 or the 27th?

I see that down in the document Giuseppe is mentioned as a widower, is there any date associated with Giuseppa Cangemi passing away? And is there anything in the document that mentions why Francesca's mother's name and her grandmother's name were mixed up?
