I’m currently debating between going with Luigi Paiano for my 1948 case or a more full featured service that includes translation and guidance finding documents.
Right now it seems Luigi would be a bit cheaper but that could change if the translations are expensive. I have no idea what to expect so I was hoping others who have gone through this process for a 1948 case could give me an idea how much they cost.
If I go though Luigi’s recommended translator, what would be the price for about 12 documents?
I know everyone’s price would be different based on various factors but I’m just looking for a rough idea here. Maybe someone’s used this translator recently so they could give a good estimate.
Any help would be much appreciated
Average cost of translation for 1948 case?
Re: Average cost of translation for 1948 case?
Hello - I had 11 documents translated by Luigi's translator and she charged $1000 euros. Apparently this is far more than what she charged even three years ago, so it seems she is getting more expensive. Someone else paid her $400 for about that many documents in 2016

In 2016 I was charged 16€ per page and then 200€ for the translator’s sworn assertion to the court. If you have multi-page documents like divorce decrees, it can add up very quickly. I had nearly 40 pages to have translated. I will say the translator I worked with was professional, friendly and very fast (about 6 days).bspaggs wrote: 07 Apr 2018, 16:18 Hello - I had 11 documents translated by Luigi's translator and she charged $1000 euros.
