Birth Record of Filippo Pacitti

I am trying to read the birth record of Filippo Pacitti, parents Pietro and Maria Luigia Rossi, who was born in 1892 or 193 but his birth certificate was added to the records in 1910 in Series B, Part 2. I have tried to read it with the help of Google Translate but am finding it very difficult. I wonder if some kind person could just give me an brief overview of what the certificate says please? Particularly interested in who the people are with the surnames Caira and Nardelli. I am attaching it in consecutive parts because of the 2MB limit.

Susan some of the "parts" that you posted refer to another person.

From the rest I understood that Pacitti Filippo son of Pietro and Maria Luigia Rossi was born 13 Sept 1892 and his birth was registered only on 12 Feb 1912, after a sentence issued by the court.
