What is the purpose of the death notation on the right side ? It's just signing off the register and not specifically related to this death record.

You are right about the surname: Zurio. I found other birth records for Benedetta's siblings, and the parents are clearly noted: Liborio Monforte and Vittoria Zurio. Thanks for your help.
