Deportation records?

I had 2 great-uncles who were deported back to Italy. Any suggestions as to US or Italian resources to find out info - I am assuming a deportation record would list an address or next of kin or other pertinient info - there isn't much known about these 2 uncles so I am thinking of deportation records as a source of info :?:
