Im looking for my birth father who was of Sardinian decent born in 1942 or 1943
The only information I have was he was a waiter at the Gleneagles hotel in Scotland in 1966-68
I have a photo of him in Sardinia when he was about 18-20 years old.
I can’t find any record of him still being in the UK. Births deaths marriages don’t tie in with anyone of his birth year or anywhere near.
I’d like to know how I could search births in Sardinia. The surname is very synonymous to Sardinia and I’d hope it might be a name that is easy to trace.
Any help would be greatly appreciated even if there is a professional fee.
