Latin age translation

Hello, could anyone translate this age for me? I see "around __??__ years old". There are no parents nor widows listed, so I have no way of knowing who this is without an age. Thank you. Its the record of a death of one of my ancestors in 1738.

around 20 ("vinti") years old

Ah, i see now. I was inclined to translate it as twenty but was expecting Latin. I hadn't even considered that numbers in Sicilian were different than in Italian or that Sicilian/Italian could be mixed into Latin mid-sentence. Thank you for the enlightenment!
