Question about names in parish records

I've found my Nonno's birth record in the parish archives, I just have a quick question about naming conventions.

His parents are listed (in Latin): Domenico Calabresi et Carmela Neri qui Petri

I can safely guess -- I think -- that Carmela's maiden name is Neri... however, does this mean that her father's name is Pietro? Or what is the significance of "Petri" in this case? Normally it would say "di" before the parents' names, but it is quite legibly "qui" in this case.

Hey brogie, I was able to confirm via an independent source that the qui in this case meant Carmela's parent, Pietro. Thanks!
