On September 26, 1865 at 9 PM Antonio Ferrante, age 63, farmer, son of Michele (deceased), resident in Luogosano, appeared at the Comune and presented a male child that he declared was born at 4 a.m. on September 25, 1865, of Nicolina Ferrante, age 41, his legitimate wife, daughter of Costantino (deceased). He declared that the boy was given the name of Giovanni.

At the end the witnesses and the secretary signed the document and the secretary declared that Antonio was illiterate.
Researching Gibellina, Sicily surnames Bivona, Bonafede, Zummo, Ponzio, Bevinetto, Beninati, Fontana, Cipolla, Bruno, Manfrè, Lanfranca, and Navarra
