December 10, 1832 Carmine Antonio di Spirito, age 30, shoemaker, domiciled in Luogosano, appeared at city hall in Luogosano and presented a baby boy. He declared that the boy was born of Veronica Pepe, age 23, his legitimate wife who lives with him. The child was born on December 10, 1832 at 11 a.m. in their home. The child was given the name of Marcellino.

Marcellino di Spirito was baptized in Luogosano on December 10, 1832.
