A gold mine of information here, especially if you can get the attachments!

December 22, 1849 at 4 PM at city hall in Luogosano appeared Giacomo Antonio Nicola Ferrante, age 47, born in Luogosano, farmer, domiciled in Luogosano, son of Michele Ferrante (deceased) and Guditta di Cicco (deceased) and Nicolina Ferrante, age 25, born in Luogosano, domiciled in Luogosano, daughter of Costantino Ferrante (deceased) and Maria Venuta (deceased), who have requested to be married.

The notice of this intention to marry was affixed to the door of the city hall in Luogosano on Sunday October 28, 1849.

According to their request, after having read documents consisting of:
1. Abstract of the birth record of the husband
2. Abstract of the birth record of the wife
3. Abstract of the death record of Michele Ferrante, father of the husband
4. Abstract of the death record of Giacomo Ferrante, paternal grandfather of the husband.
5. Abstract of the death record of Giuditta di Cicco, mother of wife.
6. Abstract of the death record of Antonia di Cicco first wife of the husband.
7. Abstract of the death record of Costantino Ferrante, father of the wife.
8. Abstract of the death record of Vincenzo Ferrante, paternal grandfather of the wife.
9. Abstract of the death record of Maria Venuta, mother of the wife.
10. Abstract of the death record of Domenico Sarni, first husband of the wife.
11. Abstract of the publication of the marriage in Luogosano.
12. Certification of no objections to the published notice.

The wedding was performed before witnesses:
1. Salvatore Torio, age 40, property owner, domiciled in Luogosano
2. Don Pietro Tannaco age 46, property owner, domiciled in Luogosano
3. Camillo Venuti, age 50, shoemaker, domiciled in Luogosano
4. Teodoro Martino, age 60, property owner, domiciled in Luogosano

It states that two identical copies of the document were given to the spouses to take to the parish, to whom celebration of marriage belongs. It says that the spouses did not sign because they don’t know how to write.
The handwritten text at the bottom of the second page says that on January 1, 1850 the city officials signed the marriage into the register.

I have not checked to see what is available for Luogosano. Many times all that are available are the "matrimoni" documents, which is what you have here. Sometimes though you will also find online records for "Matrimoni, allegati" which are the attachments listed below, so it would have the death records for all four parents, two of the grandparents, and the first wife, so if they are there it will likely also give you names of the parents of the two grandparents and birth dates for the two grandparents. Even if they aren't online, you may be able to access them on microfilm at a Family History Center.

Also, forgive my typo in my original message. It should read son of Michele Ferrante (deceased) and Giuditta di Cicco (deceased)

No worries, thank you for clarifying. I will definitely do some digging with this information. My direct line is DiSpirito, so that is my main focus at the moment. I am trying to go back another generation, but I am back into the early 1800's now and the records are becoming scarce. :) Thanks again for your help, I really appreciate your time.
