Could someone translate this information for me?

Also, quick question:

Do these records ever say how or why the deceased passed? Also, why do some have more written on them than others? This record seems to have alot of things written on it compared to others I have seen.

It's rare to show a cause of death. I have only seen it in unusual situations - murder, suicide, and war.

What about this record, why is there so much extra written here than others?
