Please translate this marriage record

Hello! I found this marriage record on Family Search and I need help translating both of them because they are brothers (Giuseppe is my greatgreatgrandmother's father and Luigi is his brother), specially the last part because it talks about Giuseppe and Luigi's children, and I want to know more about Luigi because I didn't even know he existed! I was lucky to find both of the marriages records on the same page, because they got married at the same day.
