Giuseppe Cocchiola Birth translation

This is the link to Giuseppe's birth record. I think it says he was born 8 July 1873 to Carmine Cocchiola, 37 years old, Carmine's father was Rocco. Is that correct? I can't find the mother's name and age. Are there any other important names/dates or ages?

on line 11 you can see that the mother is Carmine's wife, Rosaria Cancelliere daughter of Angelantonio. No age given.
