Hi Folks! I'm hoping you can help me out with translating this death certificate. I've seen a fair few certificates in my genealogical research, but this seems more complex than the standard form. This line has given me trouble since the beginning as I'm not really sure if I'm getting the last name right... I've seen all kinds of wild things written, but right now I think this person is Michele Mininaro. I'd like to know details such as age, parentage, occupation, or anything else that could help fill in my tree.
Thanks in advance for the help!

Re: What's Going on Here? Death Certificate Help!
It's the transcriptin of a Court Ruling from Mistretta, that orders to correct a death record, as the surname had been miswritten Miritano, whereas the correct surname was Mirinaro. Also, Antonio's daughter, Benedetta, is mentioned. She probably requested a correction by the Court, as she was not able to prove that father actually had died, because of the miswriting.

Thanks very much for your help! Does it say when he actually died? Or where? I assume Mistretta since that's where the ruling came from?
