need help translating 2nd page of Lista de Leva

I have attached the second page of the Lista di Leva for Francesco DeCiancio born 1878. It looks like he is able to serve. I have his immigration papers from 1901.

I need help translating the column that says "Abile..." The next column seems to give his date of enlistment.

This is what I read and understand:

"abile arruolato in 3rd category quale unico figlio di padre viviente/vivente"

skilled enlisted in 3rd category as the only child of a living father
Art 86 N1


Enlistment: 29 July 1898

Assignment: 3rd Category
