How to research family history

I am going to be in Vieste it in mid June 2019.
Want to research my family history I’d like to retrieve birth certificates marriage certificates. Where do I go to do this? Also is there a way to find out if there is someone in the Vieste it to help me ?

Go to local Family History Library computer and login to see images of Vieste that you can get birth death and marriage

Scroll down the icons with locks on them that you can see a your local FHL center

Marty Went to VIeste and found my grandfather in the comune large book. I was unable to locate any information (in the card files) as to any siblings he may have had. I was told they were either miss filed or they could be lost Do you know if the allegati di matrimonio are kept at Comune in Vieste it? Is this a direction that might help me look for more info on Grandpa. Thank you sincerely for your time
