Trouble searching Ancestry Ellis Island ship manifests

I am having trouble getting any hits from Ancestry's New York Passenger and Crew Lists including Castle Garden and Ellis Island 1820-1957. I have contacted Ancestry's customer support but the service rep could only search using my account so she had the same problem I am experiencing. I'd appreciate if someone could PM me on this issue; I'm looking to be in contact with another Ancestry member so we can conduct a search and compare results.
