Palumbo family - Ofena, L'Aquila, Abruzzo

I am searching for a man named Nicola Palumbo Jr., I have been told that he is living in Rome now and is probably in his 70's. My grandfather (Biagio Palumbo) and his father (Nicola Palumbo Sr.) were brothers. Both brothers are dead now, I'm traveling to Italy in August and would like to find any of my living relatives. The Palumbo family I am referring to is from Ofena, L'Aquila, Abruzzo, Italy. My grandfather was born May 21,1894 and his brother Nicola was born on March 24, 1899. Any information anyone could provide would be most helpful.

Hi Christina....My name is Tony Di Nobile and I came across your post on the Italian Genealogy website that you post on in 2006....I have Palumbo in my Family Tree as well and was wondering if we might have a connection....My Grand Fathers Sister Ida Di Nobile married Samuel(Sam) Palumbo in Cleveland , Ohio in 1920....He died in 1949....If you think there is a connection let me know I have older photos that I can share....Regards ,
