The same thing happened to me. March 2018 was my last correspondence. My order was in place and I had already paid, and never heard back again.

I wrote two physical letters, one to the address in Canada and one to the address in Italy with no response. I had corresponded with Dennis and he was extremely nice and helpful, and did extra searching for me without me asking. I hope everything is ok.

I’ve had the same issue. I placed an order last year. They found my great grandfather’s birth certificate which honestly was amazing given how it was such a shot in the dark, but nothing on my great-grandmother. I’ve emailed them several times over the last year' and no reply. Nothing. Luckily my Italian citizenship isn’t hinging on obtaining her birth certificate. But still I can’t at this point recommend them, mostly because of the lack of communication.

Has anyone had any luck contacting ICGS, Daniela or Don McLean there? I too have had a very frustrating experience with them. They've been reasonably responsive, and actually very helpful in some ways. But now I have had no response from them for a couple of weeks regarding some questions I have regarding my certificates - which they said they shipped but I have not received them. Does anyone have a phone number or way to reach them? Thanks everyone for any thoughts!
