Hello, does anyone know where I can find birth records for Sant’Arsenio for the years 1811 and 1812. For some reason these years are missing from Antenati. Or are they just unavailable? Thanks!

Just because Family Search and antenati doesn't have them doesn't mean the original copy isn't still in the town office. You need to write to them and ask.
