Assistance with translation of death record #17 for Maria Pastore

Hello,
May I have some assistance with the translation of the death record #17 of Maria (born Borghesio) Pastore.

She was age 60. Born: 14 Mar 1888. Passed away at her home and was given the sacraments of penitence and extreme unction. She was born and lived in Piverone. Her father was Lorenzo and her mother was Theresa Baratto. She was the widow of Lorenzo Pastore. Burial was day 16 in local( this municipality) cemetery.

Her father was Lorenzo (deceased) and her mother was Teresa Boratto (deceased). She was the widow of Lorenzo Pastore. Burial was on the 16th in local (this municipality) cemetery.
