Assistance with date and name for #3 death record for Angela Lavarino

Good Morning,
I believe I have most of the translation for this record but need some help with additions or corrections.
#3 Death occurred on 6 Feb 1896? She was given the sacraments of penance, eucharist and the papal blessing.
Angela Lavarino died in her home, was 78 yrs. of age, born and lived in Piverone, was the daughter of deceased Lorenzo Lavarino and mother was deceased dea or jea or ?(can't read) Maria Pavignano. She was married to Antonio Bertola of deceased Lorenzo. She was buried the following day in the local cemetery.

You are very welcome, Jefferie. I'd completely forgotten that those post 1865 Civil Records were on line. I remember looking at some for you when you first came on the forum. When the Civil Records are on line, you'd probably be much better off looking at those, rather than the Church Records, because the Civil Records will give you much more information. You could always look at both of course.
