Help with translation of Latin 1744 birth record #48 for Giovanni Battista Niger

Hello,
May I have some help with the translation of this 1744 birth record for Giovanni Battista Niger or Nigra?
25 Jan 1744 in above mentioned church; meaning the SS Petri and Laurenti on top of page. Giovanni Battista the legitimate and natural son of Giuseppe Antonio and Anna spouses de Niger or Nigra born ? can't read too much of the rest. I see PP fuere Giovanni Battista ? and Ludovica daughter of deceased Giovanni ??

I cannot seem to find Anna's maiden name anywhere on any of these birth records of her and Giuseppe. I guess they just did not indicate this then or this priest did not.

PP fuere Giovanni Battista de Bruille(?) and Ludovica daughter of deceased Giovanni de Marteli(?) servatis etc (= servandis)." (servatis servandis = having observed what is required)

I cannot seem to find Anna's maiden name anywhere on any of these birth records of her and Giuseppe. I guess they just did not indicate this then or this priest did not.
