Baptismal certificate of Antonio, baptized “under condition” on Dec 21st, 1811.
Born on the same day, he was the son of Gaetano, soldier in the legion of Mazara del Vallo, and Anna Domina, from the town of Cefalù (I’m not sure, as there two words I can’t decipher before the name of town). Godparents were Giovanni Battista Sisto (?), son of deceased Domenico Antonio, and Gioacchina Genovese, wife of Saverio Giorgiero, from the Kingdom of Naples.

Re: Translation help please
The second image is just the accompanying letter of the birth (baptismal) record. The mayor (sender) apologised for taking so much to send it, as the signature on it had to be legalized. Also, he says there were no civil records for year 1811.

Re: Translation help please
As Joseph Geraci was a Parson in Termini Imerese, as stated in the heading, and as he says "in our Church", I'd say Antonio was baptized there.
Cefalù is mentioned by its Latin name "Civ(itati)s Cephaledii"; yet, there's a word before it, that I can't read.
