I believe it reads:
Marta or Martha Maria Negro legitimate and natural daughter of Lorenzo and Elisabet, spouses Negro born 6 June 1714, baptized the following day, by the supreme vice curate. Sponsors Joseph Orione and Dominica daughter of deceased D(ominus) Notary Peter Giovanni Vulielmo Negro(mmogno translated this for me in her sister's, Domenica's birth record) of deceased ??
