Handwritten Translation Help

Hello. I'm working through translating this birth record:

I could please use a little help with the handwritten mother/father info.
I have "... Gelsomina Polito, of Naples, 30 years old, living at ... number 6, wife of Francesco Cinque of Naples, 35..."

Any ideas as to the other text (professions/addresses/notes)?
Help with the baptism information would also be appreciated.

The midwife, Maria Giuliano, of Napoli, 22 yo, living in the district of Porto, Vico Castagnari, No 6 declared the birth and presented a baby girl born from Gelsomina Polito, of Naples, 30 yo, living in this district, in Vico Vacche, No 6, wife of Francesco Cinque, of Napoli, 35 yo, marinaro cannoniere (sea gunner?), who was now? currently? living out of Naples. The baby was born on 14 July 1851 at 12 o'clock in the house of (Gelsomina) Polito, and was given the name Maria Luigia.

Was Francesco Cinque in the Navy? I saw that Livio translated "marinaio cannoniere" as a "Naval Gun Attendant" on another forum. If you link us to the second page, I'll take a look and it may have the reason why Francesco didn't report the birth.

Baptism took place on 14 July 1851 in the church of San Giovanni Maggiore.

Page two doesn't mention why the midwife presented the baby instead of the father. ( You can probably learn more about Francesco Cinque's occupation from his marriage record, if you have it.) The second page just gives the names of the witnesses to the presentation of the child and declaration of the birth.

Witnesses:
Raimondo Giuliano, of Napoli, 60 yo, calzolaio (shoe maker), living Castagnari, No 6; and Giulio Naddeo, of Napoli, 41 yo, servente (attendant), living Strada Cabonara, No 18.

All signed the Act except the declarant who was unable to write.

(It's interesting that the midwife, Maria Giuliano and one of the witnesses, Raimondo Giuliano, were both living at the same address?)
