Could someone please translate this marriage certificate for me please as I'm new to Italian Genealogy and don't speak Italian.

This is not a marriage, but a request for the publication of banns, dated July 8th, 1881 at 10:30am
Groom: Onofrio Russo, 26 years old, labourer, living in Alicudi, son of deceased Gaetano, and Grazia Russo, spinner, living in Alicudi
Bride: Giuseppa Taranto, 22 years old, spinner, living in Alicudi, represented by her father Giovan Maria, 50 yo, labourer, living in Alicudi, and also daughter of Giuseppa Scafidi, spinner, living in Alicudi
