Birth/Baptismal record translation help

Record 643

Can I get confirmation on what I'm interpreting this record to be, please?

Pietro Calabresi and Antonia Romeo gave birth on 12 June 1908 (baptized June 22 1908) to... Francisco? Is that correct? What does the scrawl to the right of the name mean? Pietro and Antonia later had a daughter named Carmela in 1911. Is that related?

And then the marginal notes seem to indicate that someone was married on 16 Feb 1921? Is that also correct?

I'm following up on someone else's research, and to be honest I expected to find a Domenico Calabresi here, not a Francisco/a. (Can't seem to find Domenico at all, but I did find his death record. Strange how things work sometime.)

Thanks!

Francesca is a female and the side note says she married Giuseppe Melissari on Feb 16 1931
