Help with #2 death record of Angela Zucchino

Hi,
I am in need of some assistance with the additions and/or corrections of the #2 death record of Angela Lavarino. I appreciate your help so much.

I am having a little difficulty with some of the Italian words that I cannot decipher. I cannot read the date or day but believe the month is January (gennaio). I believe the Parish is S. Paul d Lorenzo in Piverone. Then it reads alle ore cinque ? ? in casa ? ?. She was given the sacraments of penance, eucharist and extreme unction in her home ? ?. The deceased is Angela Lavarino, 82 years, born in Piverone and lived in Piverone. Her father was the deceased Giovanni Battista Zucchino and her mother was the deceased Domenica Baratto. She was the widow of Giovanni Lorenzo Pastore of deceased Gaspare. She was buried in this municipality on the following day.

Dear Angela,
I believe this is the correct link now. So sorry for the misinformation. I did not make the change yet but the last sentence reads the same as what you wrote on the prior post about the burial. I think there is another word besides propria there also but I can't really read the two Italian words after casa.

She was given the sacraments of penance, eucharist and extreme unction, and papal blessing. The deceased is Angela Lavarino, 82 years, born in Piverone and lived in Piverone. Her father was the deceased Giovanni Battista Zucchino and her mother was the deceased Domenica Baratto. She was the widow of Giovanni Lorenzo Pastore of deceased Gaspare. She was buried in this municipality on the following day.
