This is a child of Franceso Migliarese. Can someone please translate this doc. Looks like there is an additional side note under the child's name which I would appreciate having translated as well unless it's just official stuff and nothing to do with the child or family.

Francesco Migliarese, 38 yo, blood letter, living Grottaminarda, reported that at 6.30 am, on 22 October 1879, in the house in Strada Nostra Donna, No 28, was born from his wife, living with him, Teresa Adinolfi, a baby girl, who he presented and gave the name Ernarda.
Annotations:
Married with Gennaro Colantuono, on 9 November 1905, in Grottaminarda.
She died on 24 March 1956, in Ariano Irpino.
