Looking to get a translation of my relative's ww2 military record.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Denunciato al Tribunale Militare di Guerra di Napoli per il reato di diserzione (foglio n. 4/19 in data 2/1/1944 del Comando 439° Battaglione Fanteria) - 2 gennaio 1944
Tale nella posizione di assente arbitrario e denunciato
Presentatosi al Distretto Militare di Potenza e collocato in congedo illimitato ai sensi della circolare 300/11

Thanks Giuseppe! I have used google translate to understand your transcription.
I wonder if it is possible to do the same for the few lines that followed the first image.
(I know that my relative ran away from the army at the end of the war and walked his way
home)

"Presentatosi al Distretto Militare di Potenza e collocato in congedo illimitato ai sensi della circ(olare) 300/11 del 15/12/1943 perché orfano di guerra. Il G(iudice) I(struttore) del Tribunale Militare Terr(itoria)le di Bari con sentenza in data 27/11/1948 ha dichiarato non doversi procedere a carico di Mascolo (is this his surname?) perché il fatto non costituisce reato."
